1. A-5 Rock Hard Metallic Concrete Floor Hardner

We are involved in offering a wide range of A-5 METALIC FLOOR HARDNER. This product is applicable as concrete floor hardener for concrete flooring. A-5 METALIC FLOOR HARDNER is effectively used for warehouses & go-downs, pavers, industrial concrete flooring and concrete roads. Moreover, this product finds wide application in internal parking, railways platforms, airport's runway & airplane taxi area, bridges, dairies, dyes & chemical plant and pharmaceutical companies.


A-5 METALIC FLOOR HARDNER using is a ready to use ‘Dry Shake On’ product. It is formulated with select cementitious binder, added polymeric property enhancers and tested aggregates of proven hardness.


Key areas subject to heavy traffic, impact, abrasion and continuous wear – loading like Workshops, Factory Sheds, Goods Yard, Machine Shops, Foundry Floors, Compressor Room, Pumping Station, Godowns & Warehouses, Basement parking, Runways, Railway Platforms and so many others.

  • Apply A-5 METALIC FLOOR HARDNER only on fresh concrete
  • Sprinkle A-5 METALIC FLOOR HARDNER when the base concrete or screed is still in green\ condition, all bleeding has stopped and the fresh surface is hard enough to allow light foot traffic i.e. (3 mm foot print impressions).
  • At this stage, on the concrete surface, evenly spread half of the total quantity of A-5 METALIC FLOOR HARDNER using an appropriate sized sieve.
  • When the sprinkled powder has become uniformly dark by wetness of the concrete, float the surface With a trowel.
  • Immediately, spread the remaining A-5 METALIC FLOOR HARDNER at right angles to the Earlier application and similarly float the surface using power trowels for the final finish.
  • Cure the surface with water.
  • Foot traffic may be permitted after 24 hours and other traffic after one week.
  • In case of existing floors, provide a leveling screed of cement mortar, (average) 25mm thick. Ensure That the screed has bonded to the base concrete.

2. PP Fibre

Concrete possesses high compressive strength but it is very brittle and weak in tension. Unlike traditional steel bars, PP fibres are uniformly distributed throughout the concrete mix and they become an integral part of the concrete. Fibers form network that reaches every section of the concrete for uniform 3-dimensional reinforcement. Addition of fibres results in increase in tensile strength and flexural strength. Hence it is ideal for seismic designs and high strength concrete.

Cracks are caused mainly because of plastic shrinkage or thermal stress due to fluctuation of ambient temperature. Use of PP fibers results in substantial reduction in crack formation by discouraging the segregation of the ingredients while increasing tensile strength and plasticity of concrete. These fibers control formation of micro cracks by absorbing the stresses, which if left unchecked, results in larger cracks. This is achieved by dispersion of millions of PP fibers, which form a high strength 3-dimensional reinforcement network. This reduction or elimination of plastic cracks enables the concrete to develop its optimum long term durability.

PP fibres hold together fine particles of sand, cement and stone chips. This increases the abrasion and impact resistance when exposed to excessive wear from tyres, foot movement, impact forces, etc.

PP fibres have high aspect ratio which results in better reinforcement. The surfaces of fibers are treated with proprietary chemicals for better dispersion at time of usage and bonding with concrete mix
